Do you offer event or wedding photography?
Yes. I do offer traditional event photography (birthdays, weddings, baptisms, graduations, parties etc.) as well as photo-journalistic sessions and corporate events photography. We will need to have an initial consultation to discuss your exact requirements, so please call me or send me a message to schedule the consultation.
Can I bring someone with me to the photo session?
Yes, of course. My advice, though, is to only bring someone with you if that person is likely to make you feel more at ease. If you are under 18, I will ask that you bring a parent or guardian to be with you for the whole duration of the photo session.
How long do you store images? Can I order images from a past session?
I keep your images active and ready for processing / ordering for at least 1 year. After that, I store them securely to ensure continued privacy and data protection. Please let me know if you wish to look into a previous session and I’ll gladly accommodate your request.
Do I have the rights to publish the images?
Yes. You have unlimited rights to publish them for personal use (i.e. on your various social networks profiles), however, using them for commercial, promotional, corporate or public relations use requires that you acquire full author rights.
Can I keep the images confidential?
Yes, of course. The choice is entirely up to you. If your photos are of a sensitive nature or you simply wish that they remain entirely private, I will commit to never use, show, or publish them anywhere. If you want to keep your images confidential, you can do so by acquiring the author rights.
When can I see the images? What is your turnaround time?
I will usually send you the session photos within 10 business days. Once you pick the ones you wish to get processed, please add up to 2 weeks for final delivery. Events – usually yielding a lot more photos to be processed than standard studio sessions – may take up a little longer. Express delivery incurs a 25% surcharge (added to the standard price).
Do you shoot on-location?
Yes, although extra charges may apply if I need to travel too far. Depending on the photo package you go for, you may have 15km (beauty pack) or 25km (real estate pack) included in the package price. Anything exceeding these kilometers are charged an extra 0.50 – .90 EUR / km, depending on the chosen package.
Do you have a rescheduling or cancellation policy for photo sessions?
Since I am reserving time, studio space and other resources, I am expecting a courtesy notification time of at least 5 business days. I will do my best to accommodate your new schedule and appreciate your consideration in letting me know about a rescheduling / cancellation request as soon as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay in cash, via Paypal, or using all major credit cards. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, the payment will be processed through Paypal – no, you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay a Paypal issued invoice.
What are your payment terms?
All photo sessions require 50% payment on the day of the session, while the remaining 50% are due the day you receive or pick up your photographs.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, absolutely. It is absolutely ok to request a personal face-to-face consultation in order to discuss all the necessary details for photo session or just get a feel for the photographer and the studio space before booking.

Why do you operate by appointment only?
I strongly believe that every customer deserves my full attention and creativity, without interruptions and unscheduled walk-ins. Like most professional photographers, I operate only by appointment. However, I will deliver files online or via e-mail instead of scheduling an appointment to pick-up your order.
When are you available?
Appointments are available Monday-Saturday from 9am to 7pm with a final appointment start time of 6pm. If you require a photo session outside of these hours, please call or message me, and I will try my best to accommodate you. I do not normally take appointments for Sundays, except for pre-booked events.
What are your phone and consultation hours?
My phone hours are Monday-Saturday 9am – 6pm. Since all consultations and photo sessions are by appointment only, please call first to schedule your date and time or send me a message.
